St. Louis Park Expansion

This home was in a fantastic location, right next to a beautiful park and in located favorably for the owner’s school choice… but it was just too small for their growing family. In partnership with Anna Berglin Design, we were able to plan and build an elegant expansion that added ensuite bath and walk-in closet to the primary bedroom and greatly expanded the kitchen, dining and work-from-home area without encroaching onto the backyard too much. The design seamlessly integrates with the original construction and also included tearing down the rickety old one-car garage and building one with space for two vehicles and a workshop, replacing the driveway to allow a basketball area and re-siding and roofing the entire home.
