Who We Are

Partners Dan Koplin and Stephen Filla-Kim met as art students at the University of Minnesota in 1997. Both went on to attain Master of Fine Arts degrees while working in the construction industry. Dan is a master carpenter and has responsibility for day-to-day construction operations, quality control and problem solving. Stephen manages longer-term project planning, client service, estimation and sales.

We also employ a team of in-house master and journeyman level carpenters and take deep pride in the artisan level quality we are able to offer at a competitive price point.

We thrive as part of an architect-lead team, and we can also offer full-service design + build packages.
