River Retreat

From a fantastic design by Paul Udris, AIA of U+B Architecture & Design, this project was an extensive remodel and addition including new kitchen (opened up to the family room), remodeling of one bath, expanding the owner’s suite with a completely new bath, office, walk-in closet, and its own HVAC system, a few new windows & doors - all seamless and appearing to have always been there. This was the owner’s childhood home - we thought it was a great way to honor the past while still having realizing their own dreams.
