Golden Valley Timber Porch & Deck

Designed by Springline, this porch and deck greatly expand the usable outdoor space and extended use into the shoulder seasons. The existing deck had no access stair, so the owners needed to go to the basement door to let the dogs out or enjoy their yard. The new porch is timber framed, with a 2x6 tongue-and-groove ceiling/roof deck. Custom cable railing, ample ventilation, and most importantly: lots of light with the feeling of being suspended in the surrounding forest.
